[Elecraft] [K3] Hearing aids, meet K3

Whether BTE hearing aids work with headphones or not depends a lot on 
the earpads of the headphones.
I have one Sony headphones that work fine (large earpieces) while 
another Sony I have produces squeals.  My CM500 headsets do not work 
with my hearing aids in, so I take them out.
