Speaking of power-up, would it be possible to add the facility to run a
user-specified macro automatically at power-up? (As an option, of
course.)

There are many possible uses, the main one being to re-start the K3/KX3
in a specific known state by cycling the power. This could be very
useful for remote operation, and for FD with guest operators.
