[Elecraft] KPA500 does not limit power output on any band

Jim's statement below about a KPA500 200W limit on 30M is incorrect. The 
KPA500 puts out full power on all bands when driven at its normal levels 
by the K3 or any other rig. Power is controlled by the drive level from 
the rig, not by the amp.

Of course in the U.S. it is the responsibility of the operator to limit 
drive to the amplifier so that they do not exceed the power limits on 30M.
