[Elecraft] FOLLOW UP: K3 Power problem: won't shut down and blank screen on power on

F/Up on power problem:  My KAT500 is powered separately with a SEC-1223.  When I turned the SEC-1223 on to activate the KAT500,  my K3 display suddenly came to life and the power button works again - go figure!
