[Elecraft] IS command...only for main receiver? What about sub?

Nope. only in diversity.  Otherwise IS only sets the main receiver.  If you
go into bset it doesn't change it and if you then give a IS; it only reports
a question mark.  IS never changes the sub receiver shift except in
diversity.
