[Elecraft] ACC Y cable

Dear guys, 

Today, I've bought a DB15 Y cable (VGA) - 1 DB15 male to 2 DB15 female to connect on back of K3 (ACC port). 
The cable is for the band data cable from linear and interface cable.

So, when I connect the cable on ACC port the radio turn on. When I push the power button the radio did not turn off. Only when I disconnect the Y cable from ACC port. 

The band change did not work well but sometimes changed the band.

So, I think that this VGA cable is not the correct one. 

What you guys suggest?
