[Elecraft] K3 no microphone SSB output - new build

I did NOT have the bias on.  So I *ACTUALLY* turned it on and now 
the K3 is working perfect. Thanks for asking!

So how did my first spin with the new rig go?
I was going to set up the mic first but thought I would scan the bands and
see if there was anything there.  It was already on 12 meters so I tune for
about 30 seconds and KH2L was calling CQ on 12 mtrs.  Snagged him with
my first call.  That's a Guam station about 6K miles from my QTH.
Went up the band just a bit and heard another CQ and got TN.
Then just up another bit and got JR3NZC a JA station.  
Just about then my wife called me to dinner.

I like my new K3.
