[Elecraft] K3 no microphone SSB output - new build

[Stan AE7UT]

Just finished a K3 100 and the mic is not working.  

Red led lights with PTT
Full 100 watt output with CW
Test is off
Using an MH2 that works FB with my K2
Mic BTN is on
Front panel selected
Rechecked TMP cables
Reloaded firmware
No error messages

Any help?
