[Elecraft] KX-3 output on 2 meters

Hello Bob,

The KX3-2M 2 meter module will be low power.Wayne mentioned the anticipated
output power as being between 3 and 5 watts in a post last November. I
don't know if that is still the target.

The KXPA100 amplifier will cover HF and 6 meters only.
