[Elecraft] USB Sound Adaptor

I purchased and tested one of these devices.  It work poorly, with a 
high noise floor and various spectral spikes.  I tried it without an 
isolator and it was even worse.

The Creative X-Fi SB1095 with the two capacitor mod mentioned elsewhere 
in these discussions seems to work quite well, and certainly seems well 
worth the $59 or so they usually cost, at least to me and my sample of 
one device.
