[Elecraft] setting bias on rp mic

Jim,

I wrote a tiny program to set the three sets of EQ levels (rx, tx ssb, 
tx fm) at:

that might make it easier.  I'm not sure if it works for Windows 64-bit 
- no time recently to verify all OSes - but should for Win 32, OSX, and 
linux.  But if it works for you, you can't beat the price.  :-)   (free)
