[Elecraft] K3 VFO A encoder replacement

My encoder failed and I received a replacement. As I did not build my K3, I
need step-by-step instructions on how to replace it.

Since the contest is this weekend and I left this to the last minute, I need
help quickly. No problem responding off-list.
