[Elecraft] 2m Transverter

Hello - 
I was thinking about adding 2m capability to my K3. 
Can anyone tell me if the XV144 External Transverter is all I need to do this, or are there additional cables, filters, etc... also required for this upgrade?

My intention is to use it for two meter cw via local repeaters which I can easily hit with ten watts. 
Currently have only the stock 2.7 filter.
