[Elecraft] Begali Intrepid Key - Problem Solution

Charles, run a jumper between the dit and dah terminal on the bottom of
the key. Problem solved. INTREPID now works just like all the *other*
bugs and with all keyers (K1, K2, K3, KX1, KX3 and Begali CW Machine - I
tested them all out this a.m.) 73, Stan WB2LQF
