[Elecraft] OT Battery builder A123 Systems that won $249 million federal grant files for bankruptcy

The Tesla rep I spoke to at the factory a few months ago said that
Panasonic is supplying the batteries for the Tesla Model S. I believe A123
is the provider to Fisker.
