Mike,

I do not know for certain, but I suspect Eric has set up an email 
account for KX3support at electaft.com.  Give it a try.  If it bounces, you 
will know within minutes, and then you can just resend to 
support at elecraft.com.

All the support email goes to similar persons, so it is just a courtesy 
to give the person answering the email advance information about the 
transceiver you are inquiring about.
