[Elecraft] P3 Span Readout Anomaly

A span of 500 kHz would be nice when the bands are quiet, but with an
inverted-v in Texas, the P3 can get quite busy with Span set at 200 kHz, so
I usually keep it set at from 2 to 50 kHz, depending on if I'm using CW or
SSB.

Hi Dwayne,

We've been able to duplicate it here as well.  Of course it's just a problem
with clearing the previous digits from the display, and not a span of 500
KHz (wishful thinking :-) )
