In N1MM Logger, "Config" -> "Configure Ports..." -> "Digital Modes" (tab)

Check that "DI-1 MMTTY Setup" -> "MMTTY Mode" is set to "AFSK".

and on the "Mode Control" tab, set the "Mode sent to radio" for "RTTY"
to "AFSK".
