[Elecraft] [KX3] [KXBC3] Fresh Charge Depleted

Thanks to all that replied, both to the list and privately. It looks as
though I misunderstood how long a charge was required. I have set it back
up to charge for 16 hours. Hopefully that will solve the problem. The
batteries worked fine from their initial charge so I think all will be well.
