[Elecraft] [KX3] Mobile install change of plans

I have recently decided against installing my KX3 in my mobile as I cannot seem to provide it a stable enough environment for it to operate. My Silverado seems to have issues. I have decided to instead install my K3 1391 as my mobile and over the past couple days it has been operating flawlessly in the truck. We will be building a custom console for it and my MicroHam USB 3.
