[Elecraft] Mic Conn. Protector!

Hi Jim,

I took a ring from a standard microphone plug and soldered a 1980 bronze 
1 dutch cent coin on it, that fits perfectly on the ring. The current 
"eurocent", which is 15 mm in diameter would fit also.
I did that for the same reason you describe...
