[Elecraft] Morse Code Proficiency

He's not joking about some pipe dream.  The method really works.  The old
methods and all the pain and hurdles at certain speeds are simply put aside
in favor of something that leaves you "conversant" in CW, rather than
processing conversion tables in your head.
