[Elecraft] P3 - Can't get out of tracking mode

Hi Fred,

The menu you want is called FixTrack and when you press the SELECT knob it
toggles between TRACKING mode and FIXED-TUNE mode. If the P3 won't go into
TRACKING mode it is probably because the RS232 link between the P3 and the
K3 is not working. The quickest way to determine if you have good
communication between the two is to look at the top center of the P3 screen.
The current K3 frequency should be displayed regardless of which mode you
are in. If you see a zero on the screen you have lost communication.
