[Elecraft] K1 Alignment question

Hi,

I built a K1 this summer that I have been getting great reports on from other ops I've had QSOs with.  However I wonder if I have everything aligned correctly.  What I notice, particularly when I have the filters active, is that the receive signal strength is strongest when I've tuned below what would match my 700hz side tone.   I don't really know if this is typical or if I don't have something adjusted correctly.
