COMMON MODE RF can cause loss of regulation (low voltage, high voltage,
supply shutdowns) of Switch-Mode power supplies,

Such as the SMPS models you have listed, that you are using.

 

1.       TEST with a 50 ohm resistive dummy load

2.       Correct your Antenna System.  You mistakenly believe that low SWR
means antenna system is OK.

3.       Eliminate that Common Mode problem from this unbalanced antenna
system.
