[Elecraft] CW TEXT DECODER

Yes,  set the CW decode THRESHOLD to a setting of 3,  and the speed from
30-90 wpm and the CWT should work just fine. 

I have the AGC threshold set to 14,  and SLP to 3 but don't think that does
much at such a low setting.
