[Elecraft] KX3 - Noise Reduction

Not wanting to add to the noise on the definition of "TBD", but I thought I would share my experience on this one.

I spent more than a few years in the U.S. government and worked on a few design teams...and to us in government and the contractors that worked for us  "TBD" meant "to be determined" on all of our design programs.

So now that I have just added to the confusion I will say good night Gracie.
