[Elecraft] (OT) 7O6T and OQRS

[N3XX]

The problem was with including the requested transaction number with your 
paypal/oqrs request.  That can't be done, since the transaction number is 
not available until the paypal transaction is completed.  So, I just emailed 
the transaction number to him.

I checked my PayPal receipt and it had the following information in the 
Notes:

QSO of W4ATK with 7O6T on 2012-05-12 01:03:35 on 20M CW

That would be pretty hard to miss.
