Not that I know of.

I first used a PIC MCU around 1995, in a NorCal 40A add-on (KC1 keyer/ 
counter). It was a PIC16F84, which is still stocked in several package  
styles, in the thousands each, by Digikey.

If I'm not mistaken you can still get the KC1, too--from Wilderness  
Radio.
