[Elecraft] New K3 Firmware: Improved AGC (great for pile-ups aswell as general operation)

HMM.   I moved the AGC slope to 20 and then went listening.  Was
working somewhat, but not well.  HOWEVER, when I cycled the notch to
MANUAL, then OFF and then ON, it worked just fine.  ????
