[Elecraft] P3 Major Problem

Idea:

Follow the instructions on p23 of the Rev C P3 manual (lower left) to
force a firmware load.  This involves a few steps, but they're easy to
follow.

If that doesn't work, don't despair.  If it's broke, Elecraft can fix
it.  Contact support.
