[Elecraft] k3 utility error

You shouldn't have to run K3 Utility as an administrator, and your default
firmware folder should be Users\username\appdata\roaming\elecraft\k3
firmware.  When you click "default" what is the username in that string? Is
it your non-admin ID or an admin ID?

Problem solved. Must run k3util as administrator. Not sure why since
firmware file folder is in appdata\roaming....k3 firmware.
