[Elecraft] K3 utility on OSX

Hi David,

Yes Lion, all updated.

Since the download is, as you note, a .zip, I have to un-zip it first, 
which gives me the .app and the help folder.

Yes, the download is K3UtilityOSX_1_12_3_28.zip
