This is the key - NaP3 should be able to *read* the K3 filter settings
without changing the filter settings.  Reading the filter settings are
necessary if one expects the filter highlighting to accurately display
the main rx bandwidth of the K3.  Reading the sub rx filter settings
are also necessary to accurately display the sub rx bandwidth *if* the
NaP3 *SUB* mode is engaged.

On the other hand, if one is using NaP3 as a second, third, or even
fourth receiver, NaP3's filter display should probably track the DSP
in NaP3 (PowerSDR) and not that of the K3.  It's all "just a bit
complicated!"
