[Elecraft] K3 Filter setting changing with modes and LP

FWIW, I had some goofy things happening like this during a contest.  I was having trouble tuning my antenna and thought it was just due to ice on it.  After the contest was over, I looked out the window to find part of my loop was laying in the snow.

That was causing RF in the shack. I no longer had a balanced line.
