[Elecraft] Filter setting changing with modes and LP pan software

Unfortunately, NaP3 sets filter widths (high/low cut) on the K3
when changing modes rather than simply follow the values as set
on the K3.

There is nothing that can be done about that unless the author of
NaP3 provides an option to *not* set filter (high/Low cut) on the
K3 and simply follow (display) the K3 settings.
