[Elecraft] cable management

I did this as well using velcro bands.  I labeled cable ends after 
grouping my cables into these categories:

- power
- speaker related
- keys/mic/digimode audio
- control (serial ctrl lines)

It's not super neat, but I have 4 clumps of cable instead of this:
