[Elecraft] P3SVGA Display Pan Level Change When Turning VFO A or B

I've noticed the same thing -- in tracking mode, but not fixed mode. I don't know the 
reason for it and I'm pretty sure that there's nothing you can do about it. You might see 
if you like fixed mode, which I greatly prefer.
