[Elecraft] DVI connectors with an P3SVGA

I'm not sure there are any video cards with DVI outs that only spit
analog out them.  Seems pretty pointless.  If it'd got a DVI port on
the card, I'd take it as given that it has TMDS digital data coming
out of it.
