[Elecraft] Sticky feet

Hi Jim,

It's probably related to what your desk is surfaced with.  Mine is very 
hard/smooth HPL (High Pressure Laminate/Formica for those who wonder)  
It still slides around a little bit unless you constantly clean the dust 
off the rubber feet on the bail.
