[Elecraft] Make the Feet "Stickier"

I had forgotten about that option.  I have a subreceiver in my K3, and
it certainly doesn't move around on the desk like it used to.

Even better, it will certainly help Elecraft's sales, if everyone buys a
sub for their K3.

A brilliant suggestion.
