[Elecraft] Make the Feet "Stickier"

Better than DU at 19.1gm/cm cube is Tungsten at 19.25gm or Gold at 
19.3gm. (Densities from Wikipedia)

A Gold bottom cover would make a really fully loaded K3.  Worth a bit too.
