[Elecraft] Make the Feet "Stickier"

I used that stuff to keep my key from sliding so easily on the desktop.
Cut little circles out of the stuff and glued them under each foot pad with a tiny dab of rubber cement
so I could peel them off later if needed. Works pretty well, they key stays put a lot better.
