[Elecraft] Make the Feet "Stickier"

I've had no problem with the K3 feet on my shelves but those shelves may
have different surface stickiness than yours. When I have problems with
other devices moving around (mainly paddles), I put rubber kitchen cabinet
shelf liner under them. It's very soft and doesn't slip.
