[Elecraft] Remote rig decision

Keith,

this here caveman got it rolling in a day, for the basic set up, and 
about half a day more to get the rotor and such working remotely.

It took a few questions on this and the RemoteRig reflectors, but then I 
admit to caveman status... YMMV.
