[Elecraft] RTTY and Alternating BW.25 and BW .50

While in RTTY (Data A) I have hte DUAL PB turned on.  I am seeing
where VFO B is an alternating BW .25 and BW .50 and then the VFO B
frequency.   As BW changes from .25 to .50 the  twin band width
indicators change accordingly.

Is this normal?
