[Elecraft] Using KX3 and PSK31 with a computer

It is the same as with the K3 Dave.  You can use the kx3 utility with psk-d
in addition to direct input from the paddles.  Otherwise for psk you need a
computer/sound card and regular digital mode software and use data-a mode.
