Andy,
I know what you mean, the VFO B knob spinning enhancement is a real improvement.
I dont want to help resurrect the K3 spinner knob discussion with my response, this subject was discussed
at length on the reflector, but to summarize, the various knob options were tried and discussed ranging from
knobs from Icom and Yaesu mobile HF rigs, very nice elegant knobs like the N8BX knobs and buying another
K3 VFO A knob and using it on VFO B. The K3 VFO A knob is the option I have and although it partially obscures
a small portion of the panel printing it works very well. I have both knobs adjusted for just a hint of drag (im a spinner)
and I'm as happy as a clam at high tide.
