[Elecraft] - tuning rate

Kenwood 850 had a good solution - a second, small fast tune knob that could selectively tune 1 or 10 kHz. Not possible for the K3 but can maybe be on a 'K4' wish list. 
It's the only 850 feature that I really miss.
