[Elecraft] K3: Audio Level Ramp-Up in DATA-A

Hi Ed,

1) Make sure you have 4-5 bars on the ALC meter when transmitting your
JT65 signal - insufficient audio drive could lead to the DSP
compensating by adding gain

2) Run through the TX gain calibration (see K3 Owner's Manual)
